Conference Support Grant
The LGBTQ Programming Office assists undergraduate, graduate, and professional students interested in attending LGBT conferences. This grant is intended to serve students who, due to financial hardship, are not able to cover the costs of activities that are necessary for conference attendance.

LGBTQ Conferences
National Conference on LGBT Equality: Creating Change
January 28 - February 1, 2009: Denver, Colorado
Registration Deadline: January 23, 2009
Registration Fees: $150 - $300 ($350 Late Registration)
The 21st National Conference on LGBT Equality: Creating Change will be held in Denver, Colorado, Jan. 28–Feb. 1, 2009. Each year the conference is held in a different region of the United States and attracts 2,500+ participants from within and outside of the LGBT community. It's is well known for providing a unique environment where activists and leaders come together from diverse places and backgrounds to create a community that is both strengthening and inspiring to the participants.
Creating Change is for you if you are: an activist and organizer in your community, campus or workplace; a board member, staff member or leader in a LGBT organization, community center or foundation; an elected or appointed official; a change agent for justice, freedom & equality for all. In other words, Creating Change has something for everyone!

Midwest Bisexual Lesbian Gay Transgender Ally College Conference (MBLGTACC)
February 12 - 13, 2009: Indianapolis, Indiana

Join hundreds of BLGTA students from across the Midwest for the Midwest Bisexual Lesbian Gay Transgender Ally College Conference, the nation's largest annual regional conference on queer issues at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. All of the weekend's events will take place at the center of the Indiana University campus.

Lavender Law 2009: The 21st Annual National LGBT Bar Association Career Fair & Conference
September 10 - 12, 2009: Brooklyn, New York
Registration Deadline: July 31, 2009 (Early), August 14, 2009 (Late)
Registration Fees: $115 (Law Students) - $350 (Professionals: Income over $180,000)
Every year, the sharpest legal minds in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community gather at the National LGBT Bar Association's annual conference and career fair.
Hundreds of practicing attorneys, dozens of scholars, over 500 students and many leading members of the judiciary are expected to attend over the course of this year's events.
